Point Cloud to BIM

The Point Cloud Data - a compilation of data from the rapid processing of millions of data points is critical to the process of scan-to-BIM. WET provides a professional 3D modelling service utilizing the latest technology to convert point cloud data into state of the art 3D BIM models.
WET provides scan-to-BIM modelling services to a number of sectors viz. architects, retailers and main contractors. We develop architectural and structural building elements from 3D laser scanning data using Point cloud to BIM modelling. MEP scan-to-BIM services are provided to consulting engineers, MEP designers and MEP contractors. The point cloud modelling service is used to create precise models for as built purposes and for retrofit, refurbishment and renovation projects. Point cloud modelling is considered to be more precise than traditional surveys that are conducted using measuring tools. Our models include all current building elements such as beams, columns, ceilings, internal walls, external landscape elements and MEP fittings.
